MOROCCO - FusionLive to provide project collaboration for a new luxury hotel "Park Hyatt Marrakech"

Affiliates of Global Hyatt Corporation and Alliances Group have signed a management agreement for Park Hyatt Marrakech. Located within the impressive Al Maaden residential and leisure development, Park Hyatt Marrakech will offer modern architectural design, rich residential interiors, creative restaurant concepts and a lounge with an elegant bar. The 120-room hotel will open in 2011. The project will feature a resort complex and Moroccan garden-inspired 18-hole golf course.

 

UK - East Thames choose CTSpace for the Harford Street development

KRAKOW - Swedish retail giant IKEA renews contract with CTSpace

CTSpace announced that IKEA have renewed their contract to use their cloud based application, FusionLive, to facilitate document control and accelerate business processes on their new project in Krakow. IKEA is expanding its store in Krakow to cover a total area of 27 920 m2, increasing from the current size of 11884 m2. The investment will see the IKEA store reach two stories high. The ground floor will include a market hall, internal self-service warehouse, cash desk, customer service area, shop, Swedish bistro, entrance hall and a children's corner. On the first floor there will be office space, a restaurant and a section of the exhibition. The new facility will have the latest energy saving equipment installed such as solar water heating, motion sensors and automated lighting control as well as a centralized heating and cooling system. Work on the expansion began in 2009, and will take about 18 months. UK - Kier selects CTSpace to provide project collaboration for Reading's largest ever office building

Kier Property has selected CTSpace’s project collaboration solution on Reading’s largest ever office building - One Reading Central. It is the first new property in a substantial three phase scheme being developed by Kier Property and Invista Real Estate Investment Management near the town’s main rail station. This first phase of the business campus will comprise 216,000 sq ft over ten floors and, on completion, the whole development will exceed 600,000 sq ft. The high specification office building, which will incorporate renewable energy systems, is due for completion in spring 2010. Kier Property Director, Leigh Thomas, commented: "As a prominent, sustainable building, One Reading Central is a flagship project for Kier and we are looking forward to demonstrating our skills in the delivery of high-calibre buildings for the 21st century."

 

USA - Cisco Systems choose CTSpace for the construction of five new office building projects

Cisco Systems, based in San Jose, California, is the leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet. They chose the CTSpace solution to facilitate collaboration on five new office building projects. Cisco and multiple collaboration partners, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Turner & Townsend, will be using the solution to manage documentation and workflow, including a customised change control process being developed by the CTSpace development team.

 

GERMANY - Bouwfonds MAB choose CTSpace for the prestigious Frankfurt Hoch Vier development

Bouwfonds MAB Development GmbH is a joint venture between Bouwfonds Property Development and Meyer Bergman. The joint venture has chosen the CTSpace solution for the development of the Frankfurt Hoch Vier project. This is a prestigious, one-of-a-kind world of shopping and leisure and is being developed over eight floors. The tower at the Thurn & Taxis Palais will be one of the most exclusive office buildings in the city of Frankfurt. The stunning views of the city skyline will not only be enjoyed by office workers but also by guests at the luxurious 284 room hotel, also situated in the Thurn & Taxis Palais. The tower itself will be sympathetically reconstructed to its original glory. Gourmet restaurants will be housed in the gorgeous Cupola Hall, courtyard and on the terrace.

 

GERMANY – L21 Stuttgart GmbH chooses CTSpace to provide document- and drawing management solutions

The property company L21 Stuttgart GmbH has chosen CTSpace solutions for the Bülow Carré project in Stuttgart. This new development will include an office and administrative building along with retail space, restaurants and underground parking. The expected project completion date is 2011.

 

ITALY - Hines choose CTSpace for the Porta Nuova regeneration project in Milan

Hines, the international real estate firm, has chosen to use the CTSpace solution for the renovation of the Garibaldi-Repubblica-Varsine district, located in the centre of Milan. The ambitious project will include 230,000m² of office space, private housing, retail space, educational facilities, leisure and cultural sites, as well as a 90,000m² park.

POLAND - Celtic Asset Management choose CTSpace for the construction of the "Cybernetyki Office Park" in Warsaw

Celtic Asset Management, a real estate developer and asset management company based in Poland, chose the CTSpace solution as their standard communication tool across all of their projects, including the "Cybernetyki Office Park" project in Warsaw. The first phase of this development was the Helio project, a six storey building of over 8,000m² of office space and an underground car park for 92 cars. The General Contractor for the proejct was Strabag, with Caledonian Project Management supervising the construction, which was completed in Q3 2007. The second phase of the project is the 5,000m² Luminar office building which is scheduled for completion in late 2008

 

POLAND - Helical Poland Sp. z o. o. chooses CTSpace as their preferred partner for document management and collaboration

Helical Poland, a subsidiary of Helical Bar plc, a London Stock Exchange listed Property Company, is to open its first retail park development, covering an estimated 10,000 m2 in Wrocław, Poland. Helical is also developing a 40,000 m2 shopping park in Opole in partnership with Standard Life, as well as the development of a huge 80,000 m2 project on the Sosnica Junction where the A4 and A1 motorways merge near Zabrze and Gliwice. Both the Opole and Sosnica projects will be completed in 2010.

 

RUSSIA - Strabag choose CTSpace for the construction of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow

Strabag, one of Europe's leading construction groups, has chosen the CTSpace solution to support the construction of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow. The key aim of this project is to sympathetically redevelop two historical, and protected, buildings: the Mariinskoje Dame School and the House of Gustav List. As well as the new 5* Four Seasons Hotel, the project will include the construction of an underground car park and six, four to six storey buildings which will provide 38,000m² of private accommodation and 7,000m² of office space.

UAE- Strabag choose CTSpace for the construction of the Al Naeem Mall

Strabag have again chosen CTSpace's solution to support the construction of the Al Naeem Mall in Ras Al Khaimah which is about an hours drive from Dubai. In just 25 months the project aims to deliver a 45,000m² retail area which will, as well as the rental space for shops etc, include a cinema.
